Speech: Commissioner Malmström spoke about value-based trade in Paris

Today Commissioner Cecilia Malmström addressed the Youth and Leaders Summit – a unique event where youth and current leaders discuss the big issues our societies face today. It is organised by the Paris School of International Affairs at Sciences Po. The Commissioner discussed inequality, European values and EU trade as a formidable instrument for making an impact on the world.

While in Paris today, Commissioner Malmström is meeting Mr. Édouard Philippe, Prime Minister of France. She is also meeting with the Japanese Chamber of Commerce and Industry to discuss the EU-Japan Economic Partnership Agreement finalised in December.
